Loughrans Stores are in the process of building new start up units. A start up unit may be
custom designed for your specific needs, with sizes starting at 600 sq ft, complete with office
space if required.

Administration, loading and unloading facilities can also be supplied. Loughrans Stores has a
substantial land bank which is zoned for commercial use should you have other larger projects
in mind.
